This way you'll receive your package within 2-3 working days (Belgium & The Netherlands), or in the same week in Europe, UK or US.

Can I visit Ginger & Thyme?
Ginger & Thyme is a yarn webshop, we do not have a physical store where you can come and shop. Would you like to see or feel a product first? Give us a call, we'll be happy to help you get started. Collecting your package at the door is possible. During summer we have an amazing knitter's event at the polder, we also regularly attend fairs and craft markets.

Which payment methods are possible on the website?

Why is Ginger & Thyme a local yarn 'n dye webshop?

Ginger & Thyme always works as sustainably and locally as possible.
Our yarn brands are European, ecological, sustainable and animal-friendly.

Ginger & Thyme is indie-dyed. This means that we only dye wool a few times a year. We always use local wool from Zeeland and work as ecologically as possible. For example, extra attention is paid to prevent water waste, the strands are dried in the air and a large part of the collection is plant-dyed. We work with plants and herbs from the polder.

Sustainable packaging.

Ginger & Thyme only uses recyclable or recycled packaging materials. We adapt our packaging to the contents, reuse and make little use of filling material. We ship locally and work with fixed postal points in both the Netherlands and Belgium.

What should I do if I have a question about a technique or pattern?

A Ginger & Thyme pattern is written in such a way that even a beginner can easily read it. However, you may not be able to continue for a while. For pattern support: info@gingerandthyme.be

I see something I want, but it's sold out. What can I do?

If you have seen something in the webshop that is sold out, please let us know via info@gingerandthyme.be.
This way we know that you are interested and we can inform you about a possible restock of the product.

I would like a specific color of hand-dyed yarns. Is that possible?

Hand dyeing on request is possible, please feel free to contact us.

Please note: if you are looking for an exact copy of a skein that you purchased from Ginger & Thyme, or another dyer: unfortunately we cannot 're-dye' the exact same skein. Hand dyeing is a process that strives for uniqueness. When I dye a collection, no two skeins will be completely the same, even if they come from the same dye bath.

There is something wrong with my package. What now?

Oops, mistake? Perhaps you expected your chosen wool color to be different than what is shown in the webshop, or you have changed your mind. You can always return within the legal period - please consult the general terms and conditions.

If you change your mind before the package arrives, you can refuse the package upon receipt, and the package will automatically be returned to Ginger & Thyme. If you can and want to return, always inform us in advance via info@gingerandthyme.be
